How verification works.
Eight requirements, a review by a person, and a written answer either way. Verification is a standing status and can be withdrawn.

Contact details
A working email or phone number, so the reviewer can reach you.
Region or city
Buyers filter by origin, and it anchors your directory listing.
Business registration number
We check it against the national companies register.
Business description
In your own words: what you supply, and at what scale.
Annual capacity for every commodity you list
Not one number for the whole business — a buyer sourcing sesame learns nothing from your coffee volume.
At least one commodity
It decides which buyer requirements reach you at all.
At least one incoterm
Tells a buyer on what delivery terms you can quote.
At least one valid compliance certificate
Unexpired. Buyers will not take offers without proof, so neither will we.
No certificate yet? Apply anyway and say so. Getting your first one is a thing we help with — it is not a thing we hold against you.
The review

You submit
You send the eight items below. These eight are all that is required.
A person reads it
A reviewer checks the registration number against the national companies register, confirms the certificate has not expired, and reads the business description.
You hear back either way
Verified, or a written list of what was missing. A rejection can be corrected and resubmitted; it does not bar a future application.
How long it takes
Five working days from a complete application. The clock starts when the last required item arrives, not when the form is opened. The most common causes of delay are a missing registration number and an expired certificate.

Verification is a standing status, not a one-time award. It can be withdrawn after it has been granted.

What causes a verification to be suspended
PLAN.md §6.4 requires this page to state what causes suspension, not only that it exists. The causes have not been supplied, so the list is held back rather than guessed at.
