The course list, and which two are free
PLAN.md §9 makes the Academy the organic engine: two courses open with no login, each landing page answering one search query an exporter already runs, ending in the application. That needs the course list, which two are free, and whether courses are hosted here or on the platform. Per-course routes go in with the first real course.
